In light of the original group getting shut down. Along with all of the seller reviews. Let me be the first to share my experience with Alex Wu. An honest review from a real person. For those of you who; like me, get nervous about placing an order. Alex Wu has been incredible to work with. From the very beginning, he caught a mistake in my order and reached out right away to fix it. Throughout the whole process—even with some PayPal hiccups and shipping delays—which were outside his control, he's been patient, professional, and honestly just really easy to communicate with. When there was a mix-up and my main order didn't ship, Alex didn't make excuses. He took full responsibility, explained exactly what happened, and gave me two generous options to make it right—a full refund (and I could keep what had already shipped) or an express replacement at his own expense. He made it clear that his priority wasn't the money, it was making sure I was happy and taken care of. He went above and beyond to correct (my) mistake in ordering just to make sure I was satisfied. He kept me updated every step of the way, sent proof of product quality, and never once made me feel like I was a bother for asking questions. And most importantly, I received the actual (genuine) product that I bought. I ordered Tirz 10mg from Alex Wu on Aug 2nd my package was shipped on Aug 7th and I received my package today Aug 20th I would say it's a pretty easy process more than likely I will be trying the product next week at this time and I will update after that on product reviews
